The President’s Cup

The President’s Cup was a story of complete domination. The US Team won 19-11 and had the Cup all but sealed up Saturday. With the American’s playing so good and working so well as a team I’m not sure anyone could have beat them.

People of note:

• Dustin Johnson won all four of his matches. He played like the World’s Number 1 player.
• Jordan Spieth went 3-1-1. He and Patrick Reed are a formidable team and a blast to watch.
• Phil Mickelson won 3 matches which made him the winningest player in President’s Cup history.
• Jason Day went 1-3-1 and played abysmally. He is now 4-12-4 all time in the President’s Cup.

Multiple United States President’s could be found at the event, including President Trump who was there to hand the Cup to the American team.
