Weekend Clean-up: NFL

The story of the NFL weekend was the great players that received season ending injuries. Odell Beckham Jr the star wide receiver for the Giants broke his ankle on Sunday as his team remains winless. J.J. Watt of the Houston Texans also suffered a break in the 1st quarter of the game of Sunday Night Football. The Texans lost to the still undefeated Kansas City Chiefs who look to be the best team in the league.

The best thing I saw this weekend was the Packers v Cowboys game. Aaron Rodgers and the Packers scored with 11 seconds left in the game to take a 35-31 lead. The game was dominated early on by the Cowboys but the Packers came back. The 4th quarter everyone knew it would come down to who had the ball at the end of the game. The Cowboys are obviously not the team of last year, but the Packers are still Super Bowl contenders as long as they have Rodgers under center.

5-0 Teams: Kansas City Chiefs

0-5 Teams: Cleveland Browns, San Francisco 49ers, NY Giants.
