Weekend Line-up: NFL

NFL

The NFL has some interesting matchups this weekend. Here are the most interesting to watch:

 

Falcons (4-2) @ Panthers (5-3)

12 pm on FOX

Two above .500 NFC South teams going at it this Sunday. Both teams have had games of brilliance and also some embarrassing losses. Both are behind New Orleans Saints in their division.

 

Redskins (3-4) @ Seahawks (5-2)

3 pm on FOX

The Seahawks are coming off a brilliant win against the Texans last week. The Redskins are coming off a crushing defeat by the Cowboys. If the Redskins want to stay in the playoff hunt they have got to win here.

 

Chiefs (6-2) @ Cowboys (4-3)

3:30 on CBS

The Chiefs are one of the best team in the league, the Cowboys is coming off a big win. This game will test the mental toughness of a young Cowboys team and the resolve of the veteran Chiefs.

 

Sunday Night Football

NBC at 7:30

Raiders (3-5) @ Dolphins (4-3)

How did I miss that the Dolphins have a winning record? The Raiders are coming in as the underdog against the Dolphins, most people had the Raiders as Super Bowl favorites this year.

 

Monday Night Football

ESPN at 7:30

Lions (3-4) @ Packers (4-3)

The Lions have the chance to redeem themselves in the national spotlight this week. The Lions have the biggest star in their quarterback Matthew Stafford while the Packers are without their best player Aaron Rodgers again. These are division rivals, playoffs are on everyone’s mind here.

 

Bye: Chicago Bears, Cleveland Browns, LA Chargers, Minnesota Vikings, New England Patriots, Pittsburg Steelers

 

1-loss team: Eagles (vs. Broncos)

Win-less teams: Cleveland (bye) and 49ers (vs. Cardinals)
